simpbk collects personal data through the following channels:
- Direct Registration: When you create an account on the simpbk Platform, you voluntarily provide identity, contact, and financial data as part of the registration form.

simpbk processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Account Administration: To create and maintain your simpbk Member Account, process your login credentials, manage account security settings, and communicate important account-related information to you.

- Responsible Gaming: To implement and enforce deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion requests as set by you or mandated by simpbk's responsible gaming framework.

- Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, account hacking, collusion, bonus abuse, match-fixing, the use of bots or automated software, and other prohibited conduct as defined in our Terms and Conditions.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, licensing conditions, court orders, and requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.
Under applicable data protection law, simpbk must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following legal grounds:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (the Terms and Conditions). This covers account administration, payment processing, game operation, and customer support.
- Legal Obligation: Processing is necessary to comply with legal obligations to which simpbk is subject, including KYC/AML requirements, age verification, tax reporting, and responses to lawful requests from authorities.

- Analytics and Marketing Platforms: We share technical data and usage data with analytics providers (such as Google Analytics) and marketing platforms to measure Platform performance and deliver targeted promotional content.
- Legal and Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose personal data to regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, or other public authorities where required by law, court order, or where disclosure is necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions or protect the rights, property, or safety of simpbk, our Members, or others.
- Professional Advisors: We may share data with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other professional advisors where necessary for the operation of our business.
All third parties with whom we share data are required to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to process it only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection law.
simpbk takes the security of your personal data seriously. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. These measures include:
- 256-Bit SSL Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the simpbk Platform is encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This ensures that your login credentials, KTP details, bank account numbers, and financial transactions cannot be intercepted or read by third parties during transmission.
- Secure Data Storage: Personal data is stored on secure servers with restricted access. Access to personal data is limited to authorized simpbk personnel who require it to perform their duties, and all such personnel are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Password Hashing: Member passwords are stored in hashed form using strong one-way cryptographic hashing algorithms. simpbk personnel cannot retrieve or view your password in plain text.
- Regular Security Audits: The Platform undergoes regular security audits and penetration testing to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Fraud Monitoring: We employ automated systems to detect unusual account activity, suspicious transaction patterns, and potential security breaches.
While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account.
Security Incident Notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, simpbk will notify you and, where required, the relevant supervisory authority, in accordance with applicable data protection law.
simpbk retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, and to comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and reporting obligations.
As a general rule:
- Active Accounts: Data associated with active accounts is retained for the duration of your membership and for a period thereafter to allow for the resolution of disputes, enforcement of Terms and Conditions, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Closed Accounts: Following voluntary account closure, simpbk will retain your identity data, financial transaction history, and gaming activity records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of account closure, as required by AML regulations and tax law. After this retention period expires, data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
- Self-Excluded Accounts: Data associated with self-excluded accounts is retained indefinitely to ensure that the self-exclusion remains effective and that you cannot re-register under a different identity.
- Marketing Data: If you withdraw consent for marketing communications, we will cease sending promotional messages but may retain a record of your opt-out preference indefinitely to ensure we do not contact you again in the future.
Under applicable data protection law, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. simpbk will provide this information within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of receipt of your request.

- Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data. However, this right is not absolute — we may be required to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations (such as AML record-keeping requirements) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
- Right to Restriction of Processing: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data (for example, where you contest the accuracy of the data or where processing is unlawful but you do not want the data erased).
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to simpbk in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and to transmit that data to another controller where technically feasible.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis for processing. You also have an absolute right to object to direct marketing at any time.
- Right to Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe that simpbk has processed your personal data in violation of applicable data protection law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our data protection team at [email protected]. We will respond to all requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.
