In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the simpbk Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. simpbk enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Registration or use of the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction where accessing the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Indonesia. If you are subject to any legal incapacity, you may not use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the simpbk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• No Prior Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, account suspension, or ban previously issued by simpbk.
• Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of simpbk, or of any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

To access the full range of services offered on the simpbk Platform, you are required to create a Member Account. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Information. During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name (as it appears on your KTP), a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Indonesia, your date of birth, and the bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals.

3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. simpbk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 KYC Verification. simpbk operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC. KYC documentation typically includes: a clear photograph of a valid government-issued photo ID (KTP), and in some cases a live selfie or proof of bank account ownership. Submitting fraudulent, forged, or altered documentation is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, full forfeiture of any balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. If simpbk identifies that a Member has registered multiple accounts (including under different names or using different contact details), simpbk reserves the right to close all such accounts, void any open wagers, and forfeit all associated balances.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. simpbk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bank transfer to and from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and via Indonesian e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to a Member's Account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. simpbk does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which simpbk bears no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant payment method page within your Account dashboard. These limits are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by payment method.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB (UTC+7) business hours are processed on the same business day in the vast majority of cases. simpbk targets a processing time of under 30 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals and near-instant for supported e-wallet withdrawals during peak staffing hours. Withdrawals may be delayed where additional KYC verification is required.

4.5 Own Account Requirement. Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the simpbk Member Account. simpbk will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This requirement is enforced strictly and without exception.

4.6 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly — they must first be converted to real-money funds through the completion of the applicable wagering requirement.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. simpbk may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to Members. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and Conditions and any additional terms specified in the relevant promotion description.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion description, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum odds, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.

5.3 One Bonus Per Household. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. simpbk reserves the right to decline bonus requests where it reasonably suspects that promotional terms are being abused.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus offer — including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing wagers to minimize risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus hedging") — constitutes a breach of these Terms. simpbk reserves the right to void any wagers placed and to forfeit any associated Bonus Funds or winnings derived therefrom.

5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers. simpbk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Promotions are offered at simpbk's sole discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement on the part of any Member.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. All wagers placed on the simpbk Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, togel (numbers lottery), slot gacor (high-RTP slots), sabung ayam (cockfighting), and crash games). Product-specific rules are published within each game or market section of the Platform.

6.2 Finality of Results. All game results and sporting outcomes determined by the Platform or by the relevant governing body are final. simpbk does not overturn results based on disputes about strategy, expectation, or perceived unfairness of random outcomes.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction that results in an incorrectly displayed odds or game outcome, simpbk reserves the right to void the affected wagers and refund the relevant stakes to Members' Accounts. simpbk's decision in such matters is final.

6.4 Mix Parlay and Accumulator Bets. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets combine multiple selections into a single wager. All selections within a mix parlay must be correct for the bet to win. Specific minimum odds per selection and maximum payout caps for mix parlay bets are displayed at the point of bet placement. Asian handicap (voor bola) markets within mix parlays are subject to standard push/half-win/half-loss settlement rules as displayed in each market.

6.5 Maximum Payouts. simpbk applies maximum payout limits per wager, per event, and per day across all product categories. These limits are displayed within each relevant market or game. Winnings exceeding any applicable payout cap will be settled at the maximum cap amount.

6.6 Responsible Use of Real-Time Odds. Live odds on sports markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are updated in real time. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the wager will be settled.

7.1 Commitment. simpbk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity.

7.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Members via their Account dashboard or upon request to our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

7.3 Underage Gambling Prevention. simpbk enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed and all balances forfeited. simpbk encourages parents and guardians to make use of third-party parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the simpbk Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during Account operation.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software or odds-setting systems.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or other software to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through VPN, proxy, or similar technology.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other conduct intended to corrupt the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing simpbk staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the simpbk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the Platform — is the property of simpbk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Members to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software forming part of the Platform; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without simpbk's prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. simpbk does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, and third-party service disruptions may affect Platform availability. simpbk will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability.

10.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, simpbk's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. simpbk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of the Platform, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if simpbk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.4 Member Responsibility. Members are solely responsible for all wagers placed using their Account credentials. simpbk is not liable for wagers placed as a result of unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

11.1 Termination by Member. A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting simpbk's support team. Prior to Account closure, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by simpbk. simpbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where simpbk reasonably believes that the Member has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in prohibited conduct; provided false registration information; or poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to simpbk.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of an Account for cause, simpbk reserves the right to void any open wagers, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and withhold any real-money Balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where termination is without cause by simpbk, the Member's real-money Balance will be refunded in full within a reasonable timeframe.

simpbk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

simpbk reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, simpbk will provide reasonable notice to Members via email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming law and the internal policies of simpbk as an internationally licensed platform. To the extent that any dispute arises between simpbk and a Member that cannot be resolved through simpbk's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals as determined by simpbk's licensing authority.

simpbk makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including those of Indonesia. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as simpbk providing legal advice with respect to the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction.
